Was driving home from the junior high school after a play practice Julia was in and saw an inspiring sight; a gorgeous sunset over the mountains near the Great Salt Lake. Had to pull over and take a photo of it with my iphone. Would like to learn how to make the layers more rich. This seems to have a watercolor feel to it. Fun to make. Welcome change of pace after doing the Dear to the Heart of the Shepherd piece.5"X7" oil on board completed end of March-beginning of April 2012
